Elderly Care

CRC scheme 3.33 acres. This will be by Aldwyck Housing Association for 138 over 60 year old Care Home units. The incorporation of this development will show an overall 40% social element.


15.90 acres (net developable) residential development. A draft scheme has been created that shows residential development of 216 dwellings of about 251229 ft/2 exclusive of 8 plots for self-build plots.
