Tenant’s Repairs

Any repairs to rental properties, which are on full management terms with Lane and Browns (with consent from the landlord), will be carried out by our approved contractors. If the landlord requests that an independent contractor will be used, then, we have to oblige by this.

If you have a repair on your property then please fill out the form below, it will be sent through to our inbox and we will endeavour to deal with your request as soon as possible. When completing the form we ask that you provide as much information as possible so our contractors can assess the problem and make their repair as quickly as possible. Please note that if your central heating is on a maintenance contract then you will be required to contact the number on your boiler. If an appliance is under warranty, then you will be required to contact the provider directly providing the warranty number that was given to you with the appliance. If you would like to report a repair during working hours (9am until 5pm Monday to Friday and 9am until 4pm on Saturday’s) then you can do this by calling our office number- 01767 691122.

If you have an *EMERGENCY REPAIR* out of office hours then you can contact the out of hours number on 01767 660665.  We do ask that you only contact this number in extreme circumstances, where there is a *GENUINE EMERGENCY*, where there is a threat to the health and safety of the tenant, neighbours or any visitors to the property, or if the emergency will result in severe damage being caused to the property.

Please be aware that if you lock yourself out of the property, out of office hours then this is your responsibility. We would like to remind you that this is not an emergency and you are not permitted to contact the emergency out of hours contact number. You will be required to call a locksmith and pay for the repair to re-gain access to the property.
